also known as “Manong/Vic”, of Mangilao, passed away in the Grace of our Lord on July 22, 2025 at the age of 82.

Mass of intention is being offered until July 30, at 6:00 p.m., at Santa Barbara Catholic Church (lower level) in Dededo.

Last respects will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at Guam Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leyang, Barrigada.  Interment to follow at Guam Memorial Park.
